Tenants WORKING TOGETHER for Tenants

BISTO  represents all Bournville tenants in Shropshire and is fully active in many areas that impact on tenants. Below are some examples where our members are involved  :-

Shropshire Partnership Group meet six times a year to monitor proactive and reactive maintenance programs . Also annually to discuss and agree the budget required to maintain high standards.

Shropshire Housing Services Committee meet six times a year to bring together Trustees and team representatives from maintenance,housing,tenant involvement and the business improvement unit to discuss and approve solutions to problems that impact on tenants in Telford Shropshire

Joint Maintenance Panel meet twice a year to discuss and approve of major purchases such as kitchens bathrooms and boilers..

Tenant Participation Panel meet every month to discuss ideas for tenant involvement .

Any new members are welcome to be on these panels if selected.
